This document sets out the Terms and Conditions you need to be aware of when using this website and any of my products, services, or information that I make available, whether free or paid. Please take a moment to read them, as they set out your important rights and obligations and I care about making sure we both know where we stand so that it’s all clear.

By accessing my website, booking a session with me or purchasing and downloading any of my paid or free content, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you are under 18, you are more than welcome to sign up for and use any of my free services. However, if you wish to purchase any of my products or services, a parent or guardian must do so on your behalf.

All products and services advertised on this website are offered in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.

General Disclaimer

On this website, you will find various forms of content including blogs, videos, courses, hints and tips, meditations, psychic and channeled information, and external links. This information is provided solely for the purpose of assisting you with your personal journey of spiritual healing and well-being, through education and entertainment.

By accessing my website, booking a session with me or purchasing and downloading any of my paid or free content, you understand and agree to the following:

Personal Safety and Wellbeing

In order to use the resources on this website as intended, or to become my client, you must have a basic acceptance or at least an openness to the concept of past lives, energy healing, psychic intuition, and the existence of a higher consciousness that can provide wise guidance and suggestions.

I will take lots of care to provide you with valuable information and endeavour to be as clear as possible about any risks or side-effects you may experience that I am aware of.

You are responsible for ensuring that you use my content in a way that is safe for you. In some circumstances, watching or listening to channeled information, videos, or session recordings may induce a state of drowsiness and feeling ungrounded. It is your responsibility to ensure you avoid any activity that requires your full concentration, such as using sharp objects, driving a vehicle, or operating heavy machinery, either during or immediately after a session or whilst listening to or viewing my content, until all such effects have passed.

Please be aware that the information I provide is not a substitute for specialist advice tailored to your individual circumstances. For example, if you are struggling with mental health issues, my information and services are not a substitute for other professional services available to you such as psychologists, psychiatrists or counsellors, although my services may be useful in addition to these treatments.

Changes, Outcomes and Expectations

I am not liable for the results of any decisions, actions, choices and life changes that you make based on any guidance or information provided either on the website, or before, during or after a session with me. Whilst I may offer guidance and suggestions, it is an essential condition of working with me that you agree to accept that you are solely responsible for your life decisions, your journey and all the changes and transformations that happen to you.

My work can be lifechanging, and if you choose to work with me 1-on-1, or read, listen to or watch any of my content please be aware of this possibility. Energetic shifts often happen during my sessions, audios and courses and in the days that follow. As a result, you may experience release of energies on a very deep, emotional, mental and sometimes even physical level.

Any testimonials and results that I or others may display on this website are based on my experience and those of my previous clients who have experienced my services. They are not guarantees that anyone else will achieve the same or even similar results

Whilst I promote myself as being able to assist you to open up your gifts and psychic abilities via personal sessions with me, and other products and services I offer, how, how much and when this happens is different for everyone, and there are no guarantees. For 1-on-1 sessions, I will do my best to share information on potential integration time where appropriate and possible.

Although I am here to assist with opening and expanding your gifts in a very gentle loving way that I intuitively feel you are ready for, it is your sole responsibility to take the time to practice them, use them, and get comfortable with them. For some clients, I may give homework.

Some changes take time, and ultimately you are responsible for your own emotional, spiritual, physical, and mental wellbeing. I am not responsible if you apply my content and do not feel better emotionally, physically, mentally, or spiritually.

If I feel you are not in the right emotional, spiritual, physical or mental state, I reserve the right to stop the session at any time, and I will refund your money fully within 48 hours.

Session Recordings

As part of my service I record our sessions so that you can sit back and enjoy the session without having to remember all the details and information that comes through. Whilst recordings are helpful, their value is secondary to the healing and energy received in the actual session. I do my best to ensure that each recording is continuous, consistent and clear. However, I am not liable or responsible if the recording fails, is unclear, incomplete or distorted. Therefore, I advise if you are wanting to ensure you receive a complete recording, it is best to record the session on your end as well.

Booked sessions

My sessions are held only in English and my accent is Canadian. If you have a session with me, you agree that you are fluent in English and can understand a mild Canadian accent. If despite this you are still struggling to understand me, I am happy to continue the session via a written summary emailed to you, or to stop the session and refund your money. No translation services will be offered unless you provide one for yourself.

It is your responsibility to log into Zoom at the agreed time. If you are late, you accept that your session will still finish at the time the session is scheduled to end.

Whilst I endeavour to always show up to sessions at the scheduled time, if for any reason I am late or do not show up at all for the scheduled time, it is my responsibility to make up the time I was late, or reschedule your appointment. If this is not acceptable to you, I shall refund your money.

Whist I am generally open to answering simple follow-up questions after a face to face session during the integration period, I only will do that when I have time to do this to the best of my ability. If the questions and clarifications you require need a lot of time, or are not related to discussions during the session, I have the right to request you book in for a further paid session.

Support

There is no professional relationship formed between us unless you explicitly choose to work with me by booking in for one of my 1:1 or paid group live sessions, or sign up for one of my courses where I state that I am offering my support as part of the course. The amount of support provided by me as well as how that support will be offered will be specified in the course description itself.

Website Content and Moderation

I may modify the information I provide on this website at any time, including altering or deleting content without notice. Furthermore, I exercise the right to remove blog comments made at any time if I deem them to be unsuitable, offensive, or inappropriate.

DOWNLOADS

Whilst I take precautions both through my website and website host to keep my website from being attacked or having viruses or malware attached to it, I am not responsible for viruses or any damage that may occur as a result of downloading any content from my site.

EXTERNAL LINKS

I may occasionally have external links on my website. Whilst I will only post an external link if it seems safe at the time of posting, please note that I am not responsible for the content or safety of these external sites, including any viruses or other harmful or damaging effects that may result from following my link. If it comes to my attention that the external link I have posted is no longer safe, I shall endeavour to remove the link from my website as quickly as possible until which time it becomes safe again. All content created by me and hosted on this website or supplied through my newsletters is protected by copyright. No portion of this website or my newsletters may be copied, or replicated in any form without my written consent. My content is for your personal and non-commercial use only and may not be duplicated, modified or resold without written permission from me. My paid content may not be shared under any circumstances. However, my free content may be shared on social media, so long as you include a link back to my website.

Any recordings made during a session are protected by both copyright and privacy laws. As a client, you are permitted to make copies of your session recordings for personal use only. It is mutually agreed between us that neither party is permitted to make any part of any recording publicly available for any reason without written consent from all Individuals featured in the recording. Any individual featured in the recording has the right to deny consent for any reason.

Payment Terms

I accept payment through this website using both Stripe and Paypal. I do not accept credit card payments directly, and do not collect nor store your credit card information. If you reside in Australia or Canada, direct Bank transfer is an option available upon request. Please contact me via the Contact Me section of this website in order to obtain my bank account details.

Payment is required upon purchase of any paid content, and before the start of any booked session. I reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment has not been received at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
I do not currently offer payment plans for any of my services or paid content. If in future I offer a product where a payment plan applies, I will share the specific terms and conditions at the time of the offer.

Delivery

CONTENT

All session recordings will be made available via Dropbox or We Transfer within 3 days of the session, and will remain available for you to download for 2 weeks. The link will only be accessible by you.

Depending on size, paid or free content purchased and requested from my site will be emailed to you, either as an attachment or via a link for downloading to your computer or smartphone. The length of time that the information is available for download will be at my discretion, however it will remain for at least 2 weeks. If you were unable to download your purchased content in the allocated available time, or need to re-download at a later time for any reason, please contact me via the contact form on this site and I will do my best to assist you.

Paid content will be retained for at least 2 years from the date it was first published, after which it may be considered obsolete and be no longer available.

FACE TO FACE SESSIONS

My preference for conducting Face to Face sessions is via Zoom. However, if you would prefer I can also work with you through Skype. Once you have booked in and paid for your session, a Zoom link will be emailed to you that is specific for your booked session time. If you have never used Zoom before, you can download and install it for free from their site: www.zoom.us.

Although I run all my calls with video and all sessions are recorded by default, you may choose to turn off your video or request the recording be stopped at any time.  You may also choose for the recording to be stored on your devise instead of mine.

I will endeavour to send you your recording within 3 days of the session via Dropbox or We Transfer.

If you do have a 1-to-1 session with me, I request that you find a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down, where you will not be interrupted for the duration of the session. I also recommend having a glass of water handy and I shall endeavour to do the same.

Returns Policy

FACE TO FACE SESSIONS

Any booked session can be rescheduled at no charge or cancelled with a full refund so long as you provide me with at least 24 hours’ notice. A refund will not be offered if you do not show up for your session, or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, unless it is for valid medical reasons or an unforeseen emergency.

If unforeseen technical difficulties are experienced during a session that significantly affects our ability to work together, we can agree to either reschedule the session, or cancel the session and provide a full refund.

If you have completed your session and are not satisfied with my services, I am happy to refund your money, subject to the terms you have agreed to in this document. To arrange your refund you must contact me within 7 days of your session with your request and feedback on why you were dissatisfied.

OTHER PAID PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

If you have purchased and downloaded any of my content and have changed your mind or are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, I am happy to offer a full refund within 14 days. You are required to immediately delete all refunded content, including any copies made from the downloaded content on all devices.

Consumer Guarantees

MINOR PROBLEMS – Face to Face sessions

If you are experiencing some problems with integration or feeling really uncomfortable after your session, please contact me and I shall endeavour to assist you through email correspondence. If more time and energy is required, I may suggest a short follow-up session to be conducted at a specific time.

Please note that from time to time traumatic and confronting issues may be brought up during a session, and that this may require more than one session to work through and clear. If such a situation arises, I will suggest to you what I feel is needed, but in the end, it is up to you to decide if you would like to book further sessions with me to work on such issues.

If the internet cuts out during a session, then depending on when it happens and my intuitive feeling, I may continue the session and send you the recording to listen to, or offer to reschedule the session or cancel and provide a full refund. If a recording cannot be provided for a session that was cut short by technical problems, a reschedule or a refund will be offered.

MINOR PROBLEMS – Purchased Content.

If you are having any troubles accessing my e-mails, downloading the content, or opening the file on your devices, please contact me and I shall endeavour to assist you with making it work as intended, to the best of my ability.

Audio files are recorded in .mp3 format, and can be made available in .wav if necessary. If neither of these formats work on your devices, I am happy to refund your money for any purchased content other than 1:1 Session Recordings.  If 1:1 Session recordings do not work on your devices in .mp3 or .wav please contact me.

Visitor Information

RESPECTFUL COMMUNICATION

Whilst I allow for comments to be made on my blog posts, I have the right to delete any comments that I deem unacceptable, rude, offensive, spam, advertising or otherwise unrelated to the topic. If any visitors or clients send messages through the contact me section of my website that are rude, or offensive, I reserve the right to not reply.

In client sessions if I feel that you are being rude or directly offensive, I reserve the right to hang up the call and refund your money. I also reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time, and refund any money paid, on similar grounds.

RESPONSIBLE ENGAGEMENT

Through my website, I aim to create a safe environment where visitors and clients can access information and services, and also contribute and support each other. Whilst healthy discussion is always welcome, I have the right to remove without notice any comments made that are deemed rude or offensive or that create friction within this community. Private warnings will be provided for offenders, and login access will be revoked after a third warning, with no refund offered for previous purchases and services.

THIRD PARTY CONTENT

From time to time I may collaborate with others in a joint venture relationship or strategic business alliance to co-create unique offers, specials, courses, or simply to allow some invited guests to publish content on my website.

Whilst I will only collaborate with those whom I feel have something special to offer for me or with me, their content represents their opinion and views and I am not responsible for anything they may say or write. In the case of blog posts, I reserve the right to remove any comments on their blog posts posted on my website which I deem rude, offensive, spam, advertising or unrelated to the topic.

Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

JURISDICTION

My Business is located in Victoria, Australia and this agreement is subject to the governing law of the State of Victoria.

NEGOTIATION

If you have any issues or complains arising from your session with me, your use of this website, or these terms and conditions, I agree to make a genuine effort to resolve the dispute through negotiation and discussion. My liability to you is limited to the amount paid to me by you, for the specific product or service in dispute.

MEDIATION

If we are unable to resolve a dispute by negotiation and discussion within 14 days, we can proceed to mediation with the assistance of an accredited mediator who is independent of the parties. The mediator is to be appointed by agreement of the parties or, failing agreement within twenty-one (21) days of the first notification of the dispute, by a person appointed by the Chair of Resolution Institute, (ACN 008 651 232, Level 2, 13-15 Bridge Street, Sydney NSW 2000; telephone: 02 9251 3366, email: infoaus@resolution.institute) or the Chair’s designated representative. The Resolution Institute Mediation Rules shall apply to the mediation. We agree to share the costs of mediation equally between us.

LITIGATION

It is a condition precedent to the right of either party to commence litigation other than for interlocutory relief that it has first offered to submit the dispute to mediation. Litigation is to be considered a last resort and may not be commenced until, in the opinion of the independent mediator, the potential for negotiation and mediation have been exhausted. Basically, this means that we agree not to take each other to court, except in an emergency, until we have done everything we can to find a mutually acceptable solution.
